For each appliance, there will be a link to register the manufacturer’s warranty online.

You can also upload your own documents to the portal for safekeeping, allowing you to log in and access them online from any device.

FAQs:

Every now and then, you’ll have questions about your home that you’re sure you’ve heard the answer to before.

For those instances, check the FAQs section of the online portal, where we’ve included answers to common queries regarding home maintenance, troubleshooting appliances, dealing with emergencies and more.

How Tos:

You’ll have access to a catalogue of How To articles, providing inspirational ideas, shrewd money and energy saving tips, and valuable advice on caring for your home.

From practical guidance, like tips for moving in and keeping carpets clean, to lifestyle suggestions, such as adventurous recipes and decorating advice, How To guides will help you personalise your property, reduce your bills and maintain that new home sparkle.

For times when you need urgent advice or assistance, we’ve listed key contacts on the Spaciable portal. These are split into categories, depending on the type of query you have.

By the time you’ve moved into your home, the online portal will include contact details for our property management team, customer service staff, the home emergency helpline, your home warranty provider, your utility suppliers and the local council.
