Moving our focus from suburban to urban living, Hambridge Land are pleased to submit this rather stylish mixed use scheme on Orpington High Street.
With an additional two floors proposed, our design team have aimed to deliver a high quality building, providing retail space to the ground floor as well as sixteen 1/2 bedroom apartments above, complete with a rear central courtyard, private balconies and a green wall, all designed with stepped elevations to allow maximum light into the courtyard between the two blocks.
Special thanks to MortonScarr Architects, and DHA Planning Group on getting the scheme to this stage and we hope to see the hard work rewarded with a successful approval in the coming months.
